Hi, I'm Jess!

I’m a producer, creative operations leader, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience turning ideas into impactful experiences—across media, events, and even dessert tables. I’ve spent my career bringing order to creative chaos, managing large-scale productions, streamlining workflows, and leading high-performing teams.

Most recently, I led design and operations at BET, where I oversaw campaigns for major tentpole moments like the BET Awards, delivering hundreds of assets across broadcast, digital, and live events. I also serve as Lead Producer for the New York Latino Film Festival, where I help spotlight Latinx voices through powerful programming and cultural activations.

Outside of my work in media, I run a small business that merges creativity and hospitality—designing custom treats and hosting hands-on experiences that blend edible art with celebration. As a creative entrepreneur, I love building community, crafting joyful moments, and exploring new ways to tell stories through both visuals and flavor.

At the heart of everything I do is a passion for thoughtful storytelling, operational excellence, and empowering people—whether that’s a production team, a group of young filmmakers, or guests gathered around a cupcake bouquet workshop.
